Rules, policies & terms of use

1. Independence & trademarks

This website is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Cfx.re, Tebex, or Discord. “FiveM”, “Cfx.re”, “Tebex”, and other marks belong to their owners. Listings are user‑generated; FiveM Vault does not endorse specific servers or marketplace assets unless explicitly stated by staff.

2. Allowed listings

• Marketplace posts must describe lawful digital goods or services you have rights to sell or distribute.
• Server posts must describe a genuine community — no fabricated invites or phishing.
• Links (Discord, Tebex, docs, videos) should go to destinations relevant to the listing.
• Tags and titles must reflect the listing honestly — no keyword stuffing or impersonation.

3. Tebex & payments

Many creators use Tebex or similar storefronts. You remain responsible for complying with Tebex’s merchant policies, tax/VAT rules, refunds, and chargebacks. FiveM Vault does not process purchases — only surfaces links supplied by authors. Do not misrepresent official partnerships with Tebex or platforms you do not work with.

4. FiveM / Cfx.re expectations

• Respect Rockstar’s mod policy and Cfx.re marketplace/server guidelines where applicable.
• No publishing stolen assets, leaked escrow content, or IP‑infringing packs.
• Server advertisements must not promise exploits, bans‑evasion, or malicious tooling.
• WL / application servers should describe fair recruitment — no selling whitelist slots for real money if that violates applicable rules.

5. Prohibited content

• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, CSAM, or sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; bans and reports to providers.
• Malware, credential harvesting, or deceptive “verification” flows.
• Spam listings, duplicate flooding, or automated bumps without genuine engagement (likes/comments must be authentic).
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

6. Moderation & reports

Staff may hide or remove listings, revoke access, or escalate to Discord/platform abuse teams. Use the Report tools while logged in. Bad‑faith reports may lead to account restrictions. Appeals go through contact.

7. Privacy & cookies

Authentication uses Discord OAuth; we store profile fields needed to operate accounts (username, avatar, etc.). Optional analytics or preference cookies run only after you accept non‑essential cookies in the banner. Essential cookies/session storage keep login and security features working.

8. Disclaimer

FiveM Vault is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for transactions between users and third parties, downtime, data loss, or disputes arising from listings. You use this directory at your own risk.
